How can you help me rent my property ?

Am I restricted by a permanent contract ?

Not at all, you can use NG on demand, according to your needs.

How do you access my keys ?

We can pick them up at your home or any other place, as you wish, and return them the same way.

You can leave your keys with us temporarily or permanently.

Who manages the rent and the deposit ?

As NICEGROOM is not an estate agent, collecting the rent and the deposit will be your responsibility.

For how long do I have to suscribe to a TRANQUILITY PACK ?

It depends on wether you live away occasionally or permanently. NICEGROOM offers different options : monthly, quarterly or yearly contracts.
For any special demands, like a very short time absence or the frequency of our visits, NICEGROOM is at your disposal.

What are my modes of payment ?

Once our mission is over, we will send you the bill by e-mail or post.

We accept bank transfer, cheques, cash or PayPal.
