Prior to tenant's arrival, we leave them an information kit in which they will find an explicative notice of the apartment, a map of town, an outings guide, various leaflets etc...
A bottle of wine and fresh mineral water will give your tenants a warm welcome!

We will show them how to run the apartment smoothly according to owner's advice, as well as inform them on the neighbourhood, the town, local festivities and curiosities etc...
During their stay, they will benefit of our disposability to help them with cultural information, ticket reservation etc..
