CHECK IN (KEYS DELIVERY)
- Getting in contact with the tenants to deal with any delayal or change in time of arrival.

- Leave of a bottle of water and of wine into the fridge for a warm welcome.
- Welcoming the tenants and delivering the keys.
- Showing the property and giving informations about the neighbourhood (shopping, museums, beaches etc...)
- Precise check in inventory of property signed by both NICE GROOM and tenants.
- Owners advices on property functions.
- Informing the tenants of how to contact NICE GROOM in case of emergency as we will be their sole contact during their stay (Email, phone numbers etc...)
MANAGING YOUR GUEST'S VISIT
Your tenants are now settled in your apartment, their only contact from now on : NICE GROOM
- In case of emergency (keys broken in the lock, water hazard...)
- Any problem occuring inside the apartment (any kind of failure, dysfunction of any unit)
- For any question about the town, it's surroundings (how to get to the Lerins islands for example...)
- For any cultural or sporting event questions (dates of happenings, ticketing sale...)
CHECK OUT (KEYS RETRIEVAL)
- Confirmation of checkout time by the tenants.
- Precise check out inventory of property signed by NICE GROOM and tenants.
- Keys retrieval
- Informing owner by mail or phone for deposit return
After tenants check out, our cleaning staff will deal with the complete general cleaning of your property, professionals using ORGANIC products will restore it to its initial state.
- Bathroom: All sanitary apparel will be disinfected, toilet paper replaced.
- Kitchen: General cleaning plus heating devices (oven, cooker etc...), emptying all waste, replacement of small cleaning products (washing up liquid etc...)
- Bedrooms: Beds are made hotel custom
- If there is a washing machine in your property, the linen cleaning will be done at your property during the general cleaning.
- If not, your linen will be washed, dried, ironed and folded; See conditions in our column rates.
KEY RING FORMULA
You're an owner and due to lack of disponibility, you can't be here to give and take back the keys from your tenants.
With our KEY RING FORMULA, you can be secure your keys will be given and/or retrieved in person.
We manage for you an "EXPRESS" CHECKIN/OUT :

- Apartment presentation
- Hand-over of keys
An apartment often closed without regular visits can call the attention of thieves.
From a material point of view, damages even minor, can occur and degrade the property if not rapidly attented to.
NICE GROOM will make itself available to replace busy owners:
It is called the TRANQUILITY PACK:
Once a week, we visit your apartment to:
-Give a "live in impression" to make your apartment look inhabited (preventing robbery or vandalism)
- Check everything in good order, control electrical system, plumbing system, sanitary units etc...
- Air the rooms, open the shutters, water the plants...
- Collect your mail (and resend it on demand)
- At the least problem, NICE GROOM will immediatly contact you (by phone or email).
- A control note "NICE GROOM TRANQUILITY PACK" will be left in the apartment after each of our weekly visit.
- We will get your apartment ready before each arrival: Airing, shutter opening, heating... Other services are possible, like hotel custom bed making, food shopping delivery etc... On demand.
- And last but not least, should you wish it, NICE GROOM will take any necessary measures to fix any damages. This service can be an extra charge.
